Customer Conference 18 October 2023
A big thankyou to those customers who attended the Customer Conference on 18 October. It was really great to meet and chat with you all and even better, everyone went away with a freebie. Those customers who attended were able to hear all about the significant investment planned to our properties, in respect of providing more energy efficient homes. The Conference concluded with a fun quiz involving customers entitled the Countdown Conundrum of Complaints .
