Director of Assets and Growth at Leeds and Yorkshire Housing, with significant experience of housing development from a broad range of housing associations.  Experience and knowledge of carbon reduction strategies for housing portfolios.

Jane Fowler

A professional with a BSc in Sustainable Land and Diploma from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).  Strong customer centric values gained through employed, consultancy and non-executive director appointments.  A strong interest in making sure her local community thrives and prospers. Has been a parish councillor and worked with the CCG on strategic planning.

Megan Henderson

Currently Head of Corporate Services at Leeds Federated Housing Association but has had frontline customer service experience as well as roles in corporate governance.  Has mentored with HDN since 2010, chaired the NHF HR group for the Yorkshire and Humber 2011 – 2019 and was a Board member for the WISH Yorkshire and Humber region 2016 – 2020.

ACCA, ICAEW and CIPFA Qualified accountant and currently Executive Director of Resources at Broadacres Housing Association. Prior to joining Broadacres David spent 17 years in practice advising a variety of local government, housing and central government clients on technical accounting, implementing new financial management policies and regimes, training agendas, modernisation and performance improvement.
