ACCA and ICAEW Qualified accountant and currently Executive Director of Resources at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP).  Prior to joining LHP David spent nearly six years at Broadacres Housing Association in Northallerton and 17 years in practice with PwC and EY advising a variety of local government, housing and central government clients.

Director of Assets and Growth at 54North Homes with significant experience of housing development from a broad range of housing associations.  Experience and knowledge of asset management strategies and retrofit for housing portfolios.

A former local authority Deputy Chief Executive and Strategic Director of Resources where she was successful in driving and delivering transformational projects, improved outcomes and innovation in major service areas.  Trustee and Chair of Carers Resource, former Chair of Harrogate Neighbours Housing Association, foodbank and meals on wheels volunteer.

Carmen is a longstanding customer of the Association and Chair of the Customer Liaison Committee.

Sue brings extensive experience in affordable housing development, having worked across housing associations, government agencies and consultancy throughout her career.  She has supported organisations of all sizes and local authorities to secure funding, deliver new homes and develop successful housing programmes  across England.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Sue has contributed to developing future professionals as a guest lecturer and External Practice Examiner at Leeds Beckett University.  Recently she has become a Trustee of a local Almshouse charity in Harrogate.

An HR professional with over a decade of experience in the nuclear industry, where she developed expertise in workforce planning, organisational development, and employee relations within a highly regulated environment. In the past two years, she has expanded her leadership impact by serving in a board-level role within the housing sector, contributing strategic insight into people, culture, and governance.
